Welcome to Ben Nash's website. For information on any of the Dance Classes please call me on 07950 555389. The classes are suitable for all age groups from 12 to 50, and I cater for both beginners and more advanced dancers.

Experience it for yourself, listen to Hip Hop and learn some phat moves. Each class begins with a choreographed warm up designed to wake up the body so you're ready to learn the main routine where we all get funky.

New Hip Hop Dance at Kingswood Foundation

Mondays from 4pm-5pm for kids age 7 plus.
Fee: £15 for 5 weeks.
It will include working towards performing in local shows, learning new moves.

Mondays: 5pm-8pm adult class.
Fee: £3.00 per class.

Saturdays: 11am-12pm age 14+
Fee: £3.80 per class.

Aerobics at Kingswood Leisure Center

Thursdays: 7pm-8pm age 14+
